Runners will start counter-clockwise, switching directions at the 4-hour mark, with the option to run on the grass bordering the track. Participants can tackle as many laps as they wish within an 8-hour time limit. A unique aid station offers quick, NASCAR-style bottle refills with prepackaged snacks, and personal areas can be set up along the course. Expect mid-morning ice pops and pizza for a midday boost.
