Experience the MTC CYMRUN, a thrilling six-day ultra race series that is part of the Mount to Coast End to End Challenge. Following Cycle Route 8, this adventure begins in Holyhead and reaches the lively city of Cardiff, continuing onward to the stunning Barry Island Bay. Each day presents a different ultra race, showcasing the breathtaking Welsh landscapes and immersing participants in the myths and legends of the region, all while pushing the limits of endurance. Runners must maintain a pace of at least 4 mph and cannot run past 10 PM, with a cap of 20 competitors for an exclusive experience. Participants will be equipped with personalized hi-viz attire and quality footwear. As a Cup-Free event, each runner must bring their own reusable cup. After intense days on the trail, participants can unwind in shared accommodations arranged from Day 1 to Day 5, fostering a sense of community along the breathtaking route.
