This challenging out-and-back course features a rocky and slow trail that demands focus, yet remains runnable. Starting at the Tea Room in Gambrill State Park, participants head downhill to the Blue trailhead. Once on the Blue trail, runners wind through Gambrill State Park, traverse the Frederick Watershed, and enter Cunningham State Park. The turnaround point is at the scenic Manor Area of Cunningham State Park, making for an adventurous and rewarding experience.
