Lost Soul Ultra

The race takes place in the picturesque river valley of Lethbridge, Alberta, featuring a challenging loop of 53 km with an elevation gain of around 1200 meters. Runners will encounter approximately 16 hills, each between 150 to 250 feet, making this a demanding course. The main events include a 100-mile race with a cutoff of 33 hours and a 100-km race with a 21-hour cutoff, both of which are among the few Western States 100 qualifiers in North America. Participants rave about the superb aid stations, and finishers receive a unique tile with their name and completion time, along with a ticket for a celebratory breakfast.
