The Klondike Ultra Running Event takes place in the stunning Fort Assiniboine Sandhills Wildland Provincial Park, featuring races of 100km, 50km, and 27km. Runners will tackle ancient sand dunes and traverse a forest floor blanketed in moss, providing a distinctive experience. The course winds clockwise, predominantly along the picturesque Clearwater Creek and the majestic Athabasca River. Participants can enjoy camping near the Start/Finish area. The event recognizes achievements with finisher medals, awards, brunch, and prize money, making it a rewarding challenge for all athletes.
