The 3 Legged Monster Race invites teams of two for a thrilling relay experience across the Ozark Trail in Mark Twain National Forest, featuring trail running, mountain biking, and paddling. The running segment leads participants along a picturesque stretch of the Ozark Trail, showcasing stunning bluff overlooks, lush forests, and seasonal waterfalls within the Huzzah Conservation Area. Mountain bikers will tackle a designated IMBA "epic" trail, weaving through scenic Ozark landscapes filled with oak and pine forests while navigating switchback climbs. Following both teammates' legs, they will paddle through the crystal-clear waters of Courtois and Huzzah Creeks, culminating in a run down the Meramec River to the finish line. The race combines beautiful scenery with a challenging course that tests the mettle of every team.
