The Sulphur Springs Trail Race offers an exhilarating 20K loop course set within the stunning Dundas Valley Conservation Area in Ancaster, Ontario. This unique trail boasts approximately 1500 feet of elevation gain per loop, challenging runners across various ultra-distance options including 50K, 50 Mile, 100K, and 100 Mile events. The course features picturesque waterfalls and a rich array of wildlife, complemented by four well-equipped aid stations.
