The Rock/Creek Stillhouse 100k is a demanding out-and-back trail run that showcases the rugged terrain of the Cumberland Trail, originally designed for the Upchuck 50k. Participants will navigate technically challenging single tracks with significant climbs and descents into locations such as Soddy Creek, Possum Creek, and Rock Creek. This 100k course offers close to 12,000 feet of elevation gain, making it one of the tougher ultra runs in the Southeast. It’s tailored for experienced runners seeking a formidable challenge, with only three aid stations available throughout the course and a required gear list.
