This exclusive 50K race invites selected participants who submit essays for entry. The challenge consists of completing a 0.31-mile loop up and down Tut Hill a total of 100 times, accumulating around 90 feet of elevation gain and loss for each loop. While the race promotes community and fellowship, it is demanding, requiring a commitment to stay until the last runner finishes or the 12-hour limit is reached. Runners will have access to a fully stocked aid station by the hilltop restrooms, and are encouraged to bring personal fueling options. Participants should also have one supportive individual to assist them during the race, providing snacks and possibly beverages. The event emphasizes camaraderie and support among runners, with official chip timing and live tracking in place.
