The Salomon LT 70 is a demanding relay and solo race that traverses the scenic and rugged Lantau Trail on Lantau Island, Hong Kong. Spanning 70 kilometers with a significant elevation gain of 3500 meters, the course features a diverse range of terrain, from steep, rugged mountain paths to flat concrete walkways. Competitors will encounter only three checkpoints, strategically placed at Ngong Ping, Tai O, and Shui Hau, where they can refuel with food and liquids, making it a semi-self-sufficient event.
