This unique loop course is set in the Talladega Forest, weaving through scenic roads and the Pinhoti Trail. It kicks off at the Frog Pond Overlook, a great spot for birdwatching, and features well-maintained dirt and gravel paths throughout the route. As Alabama's first night 100k trail race, participants will navigate the course equipped with headlamps and reflective gear, tackling the challenge from sunset to sunrise. The course direction alternates each year, adding variety for returning runners.
