The inaugural trail race at Lake Yahou, recently opened for recreational activities, offers a stunning backdrop for participants. Familiar routes from the McClellan Madness race will feature an aid station on the opposite side of the mountain, enhancing the experience for runners. The course consists of non-technical, single-track dirt trails that are accessible for both novice and experienced trail runners. While the natural terrain includes rocks and roots, it remains highly runnable, making it an enjoyable challenge for all.
