Participants will navigate a counter-clockwise loop, with a single well-equipped aid station located near the start/finish area, offering a variety of food and beverage options, including quesadillas, burgers, and vegan selections. The race is recorded using electronic chip timing, contributing to USATF, IAU, and GOMU records. Runners can set up personal space near the start/finish, with ample room for tables or tents, though overnight camping is not allowed. Restrooms with heated facilities are available within the loop. Per USA Track & Field rules, no pacers or trekking poles are allowed, ensuring a challenging and fair environment for all participants. Finishers of 100 miles or more will receive a special buckle, while others will earn medals.
