Buckin’ Hell presents a challenging race with around 2500 meters (8250 feet) of elevation change, set against the stunning backdrop of British Columbia's North Shore Mountains. Starting and finishing at Mount Seymour Resort, runners immediately charge up the mountain, reaching a lower summit before facing a steep 1200-meter descent towards the Seymour River. The course features a mix of ancient forest remnants and modern bike trails, with technical terrain that tests every runner's skill. The challenge doesn't end with the descent, as participants must conquer a final climb back up the mountain to complete the race, showcasing the remarkable trails and vistas that the North Shore has to offer.
