The race takes place at the YMCA of the Rockies, the former home of the iconic elk, Samson, who was poached in 1995. Competitors will traverse a fast single-track course with a challenging ascent to Bible Point, featuring a total elevation gain of 1,200 feet over a loop of approximately 10 kilometers. Participants can also join a King of the Mountain (KOM) challenge to claim the title for the swiftest ascent up Bible Point. All finishers will receive unique Samson-themed socks, alongside other swag items like shirts or hats.
