The Orcas Island 50k stands out in the trail running community with its breathtaking scenery, featuring ancient forests, challenging ascents, and stunning vistas of nearby islands, mountains, and Puget Sound. Runners will enjoy a weekend on this beautiful island alongside fellow trail enthusiasts. This loop course presents a significant challenge, boasting around 8,400 feet of elevation gain. Participants will find support at four well-equipped aid stations located at miles 6.4, 14.2, 20.6, and 25.8, ensuring they are energized throughout the race.
