Welcome to the Bailes Ridge 8 and 12-hour race, hosted by BALS (Be Active. Live Spontaneous) Racing, featuring the scenic Bailes Ridge Nature Trail. Runners will navigate a picturesque 1.4-mile loop with roughly 100 feet of elevation change per lap. The 8-hour race is perfect for those aiming for their first 50K or personal best, while the 12-hour challenge is ideal for tackling a 50-miler. The course has non-technical terrain along double track trails, making it accessible for all. An aid station at the start/finish line offers a selection of organic foods, along with water and Tailwind for hydration. Throughout the event, hot organic meals will ensure runners stay fueled. Top finishers in both distances will receive custom handmade awards to commemorate their accomplishments.
