The race features a challenging 50K course with around 11,500 feet of elevation gain, making it ideal for seasoned trail runners seeking to test their limits. Runners will traverse scenic routes inspired by the legendary Jim Bridger, known for his explorations in the wild west, including the Gallatin Valley. Each finisher receives a unique OG hat, and the top male and female 50K participants are honored with special awards. The event showcases the beauty of the natural landscape and serves as an excellent training ground for mountain runs, supported by the Custer Gallatin National Forest.
