With an elevation gain of over 6,600 meters, it presents a formidable challenge, particularly for those who aren't well-prepared. Participants can race solo or in teams of 2 to 7, with 30 hours to conquer the seven-stage course, each segment showcasing unique geographic and historic landmarks. The race draws its name from the imposing Seven Sisters Mountain. In addition to the 100-mile, a 50-mile (80 km) course offers four stages, while the 50-km route includes three segments. Each leg varies in distance, allowing runners to experience the striking landscapes. A family-friendly Kids’ Race of approximately 4 km has also been introduced, providing a fun way for younger participants to join the excitement amidst the thrilling atmosphere of this challenging event.
