This inclusive event caters to everyone, allowing participants to complete as many laps of the looped course as they wish, whether that's one or fifty. With the course opening at sunrise and remaining accessible until sunset, runners can set their own pace, take breaks, and enjoy the experience. Each loop measures approximately 1 to 1.5 miles, making the race flexible for solo and team participants alike. Teammates can rotate turns, and mixed walking and running is not only accepted but encouraged. Participants can set up personal aid stations and enjoy refreshments such as PB&J sandwiches and chips provided at the start/finish line. Friends and family are welcome to cheer, and camping options are available for those who wish to extend their stay. The event promotes a culture of support and camaraderie, aiming to include all skill levels. Plus, a portion of the proceeds benefits youth mental health services in the community, making this race not just a test of endurance, but a chance to contribute positively to local initiatives.
