The Eastern States 100 offers an intense and rugged journey of 103 miles through Pennsylvania’s stunning landscapes, with over 20,000 feet of elevation gain. This challenging race circumnavigates Pine Creek, recognized as the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania, and features a mix of demanding climbs and steep descents that will test even the toughest runners. Participants will traverse iconic trails such as the Mid State Trail, Black Forest Trail, and West Rim Trail, all featuring dramatic vistas and diverse terrain.
