Runners will traverse stunning wetlands, forests, and farmland along the Chief Ladiga Trail, featuring smooth pavement for a fast course. The route includes a 50-mile section that leads into Georgia before returning, with aid stations positioned a maximum of 8 miles apart. Designed to be runner-friendly, this course features a total elevation gain and loss of approximately 3,500 feet, making it accessible for first-time 100-mile participants.
