The Gobi March is a renowned endurance footrace, part of the 4 Deserts Ultramarathon Series, covering a challenging 250 kilometers across six stages over seven days. Set in Mongolia's Karakorum region, participants traverse stunning landscapes, including green grasslands, majestic sand dunes, and ancient forests, often resting in traditional yurts. Racers will explore the vast Mongolian steppes, heading towards the UNESCO-listed Orkhon Valley and the historic city of Karakorum, once the heart of Genghis Khan's empire. The event also immerses runners in the vibrant culture of the Naadam Festival, all while facing the demanding terrain of this breathtaking course.
